NATIONAL AMATEUR SHORT FILM FESTIVAL

In 2021, I participated in the National Amateur Short Film Festival held by ISPR and won 7th position in the Philanthropy in Pakistan category for my film "Kaptaan". The film focuses on Imran Khan's life struggles and the creation of Shaukat Khanam hospital. As a result of my win, I was awarded a scholarship for one year in film course at the New York Film Academy, Australia.

KAPTAAN – THE SHORT FILM

"Kaptaan" is a short film by Huzaifa Ahmed that falls under the category of Philanthropy in Pakistan. The film tells the story of the famous Pakistani cricketer and politician Imran Khan, who lost his mother to cancer and was inspired to build a cancer hospital in Pakistan to offer free treatment to those who cannot afford it. The film highlights Imran Khan's struggle, commitment, and belief in achieving his vision. The theme of the film is about the positive impact that philanthropic individuals, organizations, and communities can have on society.
